There isn't much to say here except that if you have a slow computer, The Fantastic War can be placed in the background and you can do other things if you have the memory (Such as continuing with this Tutorial). Also as long as the watch is spinning, the game probably hasn't crashed. During the time the computer goes, you'll see a dialog similar to the one on the left.
